Geoinformatics Exploration Inc. is a premier user and certified reseller of the FracSIS product suite.

Geoinformatics Exploration Inc. was formed in 2002 to develop a new business model for world-wide minerals exploration. The company is a product of a merger between Perth-based consulting group Fractal Geoscience and Toronto Stock Exchange listed miner/explorer St Andrew Goldfields Ltd. The business model combines technology with 3D geoscience to vastly increase the rate of discovery in minerals exploration.

Database design is the fundamental building block for any Geoinformatics Exploration Inc. project. A combination of relational and FracSIS databases are used to ensure that all data can be stored and retrieved with ease. The underlying premise is that all data fits a rigid data-model to ensure integrity and validity. The advantage of using FracSIS is to ensure that even complex 3D geometries can be stored alongside traditional relational data. Built-in intelligence enables detailed analysis, tracking and distribution of all spatial and non-spatial geoscience data.
